We Create Solutions.

We enable business to optimise funding and manage programs to deliver profitable outcomes. We understand that finding sources of external funding and grants can be frustratingly difficult, and can appear complex with a myriad of rules that can alter rapidly with changing legislation.

That’s why our team of experts manage the entire process and all parties involved through end to end process management. From optimising funding opportunities, to identifying and customising workplace-based Nationally Recognised Qualifications, OCG seeks to provide solutions that add value to your business with minimum disruption to workflows, whilst generating profitable outcomes that improve your cashflow – all measured through monthly and quarterly board-level reports that communicate project financial health & trainee progression.
